Wedding planning can get loud fast. So many opinions, so many traditions, so many people telling you what you “have to” do.

But the truth is, your wedding day gets to feel like you — and sometimes all you need is a little expert guidance, a little grounding, and someone in your corner reminding you that this gets to be joyful.

This episode is such a fun one because it was recorded live at the Duluth Wedding Show, and honestly, it felt like such a full-circle moment for me. This was my 18th wedding show, which is wild to even say out loud. I’ve seen so many trends come and go, so many couples at the very beginning of this journey, and so many different versions of what a meaningful wedding day can look like.

For this live bonus episode, I was joined by Desi — our brand manager and lead wedding planner at True North Weddings — and together we answered real questions from couples right there on the show floor.
