Hand-in-hand, we will travel the road towards your wedding day together. The Northland Package offers the “shoulder to lean on” and “creative boost” you need to fall in love with planning your wedding and get pumped for an epic wedding day. This hybrid package blends the necessities of the wedding day coordination package with the key luxuries of the full-service planning package. Some call it the “best of both worlds!”
Included in The Northland Package:
Wedding Planning Team: Based on date availability and overall vibes, we will select and introduce you to your Wedding Planner and Team. On the wedding day, we guarantee a lead wedding planner and wedding assistant from start to finish. Throughout the planning, you will have unlimited email access to your True North Weddings team.
Navigational Planning Tools: From day one, we will invite you to join your Aisle Planner account. This streamlined, professional suite of tools will keep every detail in order and facilitate easy collaboration with your wedding planning team.
Guided Design Session: We will work together to craft your dream aesthetic. After you share your Pinterest boards and gathered images, we will combine our creativity and experience with your personal vision to build a Canva Look Book you will LOVE.
Local Expertise: With a clear design in hand, we will share our expert knowledge of the Northland and our extensive network of trusted vendors to assemble your wedding day “Dream Team.”
Waypoint Check-In Meetings: Upon booking, we will establish a meeting schedule that takes into consideration the amount of time until the big day. We typically meet clients monthly and then more frequently one to two months out from GO TIME!
Horizon Ahead: Six to eight weeks before the wedding day, we will schedule an extensive meeting to review all planning documents, identify issues and opportunities, and prepare you for the final phase of planning - buckle up; this is when it gets REAL... real FUN!
Land In Sight: Two weeks before the wedding day, we will hold one final meeting to hand over vendor communication and last-minute details. This is where you let go of the planning and lean into the excitement. We’ve got this!
Rehearsal and Wedding Day Coordination: Professional direction for your rehearsal and start-to-finish coverage on your wedding day. Timeline management, vendor support, problem-solving - whatever it takes to send you down the aisle excited, happy, and ready to celebrate!
Personal Touches: Enjoy the setup and management of your personal decor items, with additional services available to book for a more comprehensive styling and tear-down experience.
Safe & Sound: At the end of the night, we will oversee a smooth exit for you, your guests, and your personal belongings. Congrats - you are MARRIED.
